Our process is intentionally lean: an intro call, a take-home or live technical exercise relevant to the role, and a final round with the team you would work alongside. Most candidates complete it within two weeks, and we share feedback at every stage.
Yes. We are a remote-first company and hire across time zones. A few roles list a preferred city for occasional collaboration, but day-to-day work is fully remote and asynchronous by default.
Not for most engineering and design roles — we will teach you the domain. Maritime expertise is a strong plus for product and customer-facing positions, but curiosity and a willingness to learn the industry matter more than a shipping background.
